Do you offer customised menus?

Yes. Every event is unique, and so are our menus. Our Executive Chef & Founder, Chef Noli works closely with clients to curate dishes that reflect your vision, preferences, and dietary requirements, all while showcasing our signature blend of heritage and innovation.

We design bespoke culinary experiences for corporate gatherings, private dinners, and social celebrations. Whether intimate or grand, each event is elevated with refined menus and sophisticated presentation.

We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date, especially for large events. For smaller private dinners, a minimum of two weeks’ notice is ideal to allow for menu design and ingredient sourcing.

Absolutely. We pride ourselves on being client-focused and can accommodate a wide range of dietary needs, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and halal options. Simply let us know your requirements during the planning stage.

Can Plushly Plated provide staff and décor?

No. We offer full event catering support including professional waitrons and bar service. We’re happy to recommend some trusted industry partners for décor and luxury event styling if required.

Yes. We provide private tasting experiences so you can sample menu options, refine your selections, and feel confident that your event will reflect your taste and style perfectly.

HOW IT WORKS

To initiate the catering process, we need to get a better understanding of your needs

Occasion:
What is the nature of the event i.e. what’s the occasion? a birthday, dinner party, anniversary?

Date:
On what date is your event?

Venue:
Where would you like to host the event?

Numbers:
How many guests you would like to host?

Once we’ve got an understanding of your event, Plushly plated’s Head Chef will personally discuss menu options with you, curating a menu that you can be proud to serve to your guests. Any dietary requirements within your event will be catered for at the discretion of the Chef’s ability.

Once menu is agreed upon, our internal team will calculate the cost of your Catering by Plushly plated experience for your perusal and approval.

Note: 50% deposit will be required to secure Catering by Plushly plated services

Plushly plated’s Head Chef and/or Owner will come to your intended venue to view the site.

This location recce is to ascertain all the resources our team will need to bring in order to cater for your function i.e. crockery, cutlery, glassware, pots etc.

The Catering by Plushly plated team will come with everything they need to make your event a success.

We’ll pick up the ingredients, and prep in-house to make sure your guests are well taken care of so you don’t have to worry about a thing.

Plus we’ll leave the location just as we found it, ensuring to clean up any mess we make.
